[Titles] Mr. Wu is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in a famous Chinese university, Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He is recognized as "Bayu Scholar" by the Government of Chongqing. He is Deputy Director of People's Court Research Center and People's Court Enforcement Research Center, which are jointly established by the Supreme Court of China and the Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He is one of the Directors in China Civil Procedure Law Association.

[Academic Achievements] He has published more than 10 articles in core legal journals such as <Tsinghua Law Review>, <Science of Law>. He takes the lead in more than 10 projects founded by Chinese Ministry of Justice, China Law Society.

[Legal Practice] He is involved in drafting China's Civil Enforcement Law. He has worked in China Supreme Court as a visiting scholar for one year. He was a visiting scholar in City University of Hong Kong for one year. He is qualified as a lawyer with a bar in China, an arbitrator in China Chongqing Arbitration Commission. He has served as legal consultant for companies like HI-LEX Corporation.
