Work Experience

Sahar is a licensed Iranian lawyer. She has been practicing law in Iran since 2008 and has more than 15 years of legal experience. She graduated from Mofid University in Iran. She has extensive experience in corporate matters. As the head of Iranian legal team of a Chinese international company, she is experienced in company establishment and winding down, labour issues, contract negotiation. She is also experienced in dispute resolution and has handled many contractual disputes left by foreign companies after their withdrawal from Iran due to compliance issues.
