Zhang Zhe has served as International Legal Counsel for public listed companies in China, Hong Kong and USA stock markets. He has years of legal service experience in the telecommunications, IT and car manufacturing industry. He has served as an International Lawyer for a large multinational enterprise, handling a variety of cases such as agency contract, money collection, construction contract, etc.

2. Educational Background

Zhang Zhe received his Master's Degree in International Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.

l He has closed more than 10 historical and complicated cases for Nigeria Branch of a Chinese international company, with a closure rate of over 70%;

l He has set up an export control compliance system for a international company and its foreign branches;

l He has provided legal support to a communication project worthy hundreds of millions of dollars in Ethiopia from A to Z;

l He has conducted legal research and published report on public procurement law and labour laws in Nigeria and other countries.
