Representative Cases

l Assisting an Egypt client to negotiate with a Chinese factory to cancel the delay payment penalty. Given that the delayed payment was due to the lack of USD in Egypt, we successfully convinced this Chinese factory to waive the delay penalty.

l Assisting an Iraqi client to conduct an investigation of its business partner in China.

l Assisting an Iraqi client, which is an agent of a Chinese company, to design and negotiate the agency agreement. We identified the hidden risks in the agent agreement and successfully protected this client from legal traps set by the opponent.
